    Connect The Wireless Headset To Computer

    1.Update your Bluetooth Driver to the latest version. Make sure all other Bluetooth devices around have been turned off.

    2.Search and click to connect "TK-HS003" on your computer Bluetooth lists, LED change to Blue slow flash once after connected.

    3.After the headset is paired, open Sound Settings, and select "TK-HS003" as your audio input & output devices.

    Precautions Before Use

    1.If the Bluetooth headset with microphone is defective or it just doesn’t meet your expectation, please let us know.

    2.The mute function only supports on cell phones calls at present. Otherwise, you need to mute the sound on the connected device.

    3.Single click the MFB to answer an incoming call. Tips: some third-party softwares. Applications like Skype and Teams. You need to answer or hang up calls in the connection device.

    4.If your device doesn't connect via Bluetooth, use a USB-C cable to connect the dock to your computer. After the headset is turned on and paired with the dock, it can be used normally.

    Not pleased

    Not noise cancelling at all. I’ve had work calls where they say it sound like I’m in a tunnel or they hear static.
    Only thing nice about it is it’s wireless.

    Good for teams calls

    I wanted a wireless headset for teams calls and I'm not disappointed. It's light, comfortable and well designed. Comes with a dock too and the mic is decent. It has its limitations obviously, I wouldn't use it for listening to music, but great for calls. All in all I would recommend it.

    The base - you cannot charge the headset through the base - I have to connect directly to the headphones to charge. Not impressed
