2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will exchange the product or cover the return shipping costs. Examples of eligible cases include:
- Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part
- We shipped out the wrong item
- We shipped it to the wrong address
- We shipped a duplicate order
- Item malfunctioned during the 30-day returns period (assuming the customer assembled the item properly per the instruction manual)
Please note:
- Customers must provide video/photos to support their claim for damaged or defective items.
- Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the return being treated as "buyer's remorse," and the customer will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.
- Once we receive the approved returned item, we will review its condition. If found defective, we will issue a refund or offer a free replacement part.
2.2 Customer Error
In cases of returns due to customer error (e.g., buyer's remorse, misinterpretation of product description), return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund. Examples of customer error returns include:
- Not satisfied with performance
- Item doesn't fit correctly
- Item doesn't meet expectations
- Order cancellation after shipment
- The customer bought the wrong item
- The customer accidentally bought too many
- The customer provided the wrong shipping address
3. Warranty Period
Our warranty period is one year from the date of sale. During this time, Tecknet will repair or replace products with defects. Refunds are not typically provided under the warranty unless mutually agreed upon by Tecknet and the customer.
4. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us at support.us@tecknet.com to discuss your issue and confirm the solution.
Step 2: Provide a picture of the shipped item and the tracking number. Maintenance fees may apply, depending on warranty coverage.
Step 3: We will confirm the return and check the problem. Please provide your contact details.
Step 4: We will send the replacement item to you.
5. Return and Refund Procedure
- Products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receipt and validation of the return.
