I don't want the sensor mode; is there a constant illumination mode?
The light has sensor mode and constant light mode. You can switch between modes using the white button on the front of the light (there are three different modes).
Is it normal that some motion sensor outdoor lights not on after receiving them?
If the motion sensor outdoor light has been in a dark area for long without absorb sunlight, it may not work. Please "charge it" under direct sunlight for 6 hours. Test after "charging". If the solar light still is not on, tell us for solve
Will the 3M tape provided hold up to wind or rain? I have all thin plastic siding that cracks,can't use screws or nails.
