I bought this mouse for my wife who was having carpal tunnel issues. It has provided relief due to the configuration allowing for more natural hand and wrist positioning. Excellent performance as well! Thank you ! (Purchased through Amazon)
I have small to average hands and I just cannot comfortably reach to even regular/left click the mouse. The point of this being ergonomic is that I would not be uncomfortable using the mouse, so just be warned that this will not work for you unless. you have big hands! That should definitely be indicated somewhere on the website. They REALLY don't want you to return things (I had to bargain when the first mouse I tried didn't work either), so just don't buy from them! I ended up just getting an old Tecknet mouse I liked that they don't sell anymore--I spent twice as much money to get something from Amazon UK (I'm in the US and I hate Amazon's labor practices, so this is a big deal for me)! just because I knew it was actually going to work, and that if it didn't, I could actually return it. Bye forever, Tecknet site!
