TECKNET Wireless Self-Powered Doorbell with Extra Socket

I am going to order again. There have been mailbox thieves running rampant in our neighborhood. It was shipped to me so fast I didn't think it could have been here yet. That was quick thank you.

No fancy stuff - and it works. After several issues, great expenses, and no doorbell with Ring and then Blink I decided this doorbell worked wonderfully. If someone rings the doorbell and I am home I can help them. My parcels were not being left, my registered mail, friends left, etc., because I could not hear them in the basement. It works for me - thank you!

I am very happy with the Tecknet wireless doorbell. Very simple installation and simple programming. Very convenient to have self-adhesive tape as well as screws included.

Very loud, and the volume can be controlled if necessary.No batteries are required, the button operates off kinetic energy, with the power harvested from the physical exertion of pushing the button. This is enough energy to energy to wirelessly set off the remote receivers that each plug into a spare wall socket.The receivers also offer a mains pass through. so you don't lose a socket.The only thing I don't know is how well it'll hold up over winter time when the weather changes, but so far I'm very satisfied.

The package arrived promptly, was in perfect condition and very easy to install. The door bell is self powered so does not require batteries, and the receivers are plugged into an available socket, cleverly extending the socket so that it can be used by another device. I can't comment on volume control or choice of tunes, as I'm happy with the standard ring tone.
