Helped me start using my printer right away!

I bought it after used one already for another PC. Works perfectly alright, practically straight away. Speed of broadband is the same as via usual cable straight connection, just there is possibility to prevent the RJ45 connector from damage (connection is deteriorating when you plug and unplug it several times a day), especially when you use a laptop.

I've been using one of these for more than three years, absolutely rock solid, zero failures. Its reliability is down to its simplicity - it doesn't have USB-C power delivery, nor does it have HDMI. I have found hubs that have USB-C power delivery, often fail within 18 months, and HDMI over USB-C to also be unreliable. Not this device, because it just doesn't have those features. USB3 ports do proper USB3 speeds (e.g. reading from USB SSD) and gigabit ethernet does indeed do >=950Mbit/sec.

I have been looking at ways to boost the speed of the broadband on my 55" LG C9 to something better than 100mbs it is restricted to. I have watched various reviews of different USB Ethernet adaptors, with varying levels of success. Not knowing if they would work oon my TV, I took the plunge and purchased the TECKNET USB C Hub. On plugging it into the TV I found it working straight away. A speed check found my broadband speed had gone from 86mbs to 270mbs. So far I can recommend this product.
